Volunteer Recruitment Announcement for China Cultural and Art Exchange
To promote multicultural exchanges and showcase the charm of outstanding traditional Chinese culture, the Highfield Cup is now recruiting cultural interaction volunteers with expertise in traditional Chinese culture from around the world. During the event, you will interact with young athletes and their families from all over the globe, using culture as a bridge and sports as a medium to jointly foster a harmonious and friendly atmosphere for international exchange.
Recruitment Targets
Individuals with one or more traditional Chinese cultural skills who are willing to demonstrate, teach, or interact during the event, including but not limited to:
Chinese calligraphy, traditional Chinese painting, seal carving, traditional handicrafts (paper-cutting, dough modeling, Chinese knotting, etc.)
Chinese opera, folk art, ethnic dances, and traditional musical instrument performances
Martial arts, Tai Chi, traditional fitness practices, dragon dance, and lion dance
Tea ceremony, incense art, flower arrangement, and other representative Chinese cultural talents
Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled demonstrations at the opening ceremony or the event’s cultural experience zones
Organize small workshops to guide international youth in experiencing Chinese culture
Participate in cultural exchange activities and interact amicably with teams from various countries
Assist in the preparation and management of cultural materials

Excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage in cross-cultural exchange
Ability to provide basic instruction in English or other foreign languages
Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for interacting with young people
