The 2026 Heifield Cup is now recruiting 100 volunteers to help us create an unforgettable event for thousands of young athletes from around the world.

A. Who we are looking for:

1. University students and young professionals (18 years or older);

2. Passionate about sports, culture, and international exchange;

3. Not all are required to be fluent in English, but those with daily English communication skills are preferred;

4. Must be fully available during the event period (July 2026) and for the 2-day training before the event.

B. Volunteer positions include:

1. Team liaison officers, accompany designated teams throughout—assist with translation, logistics, and local guidance;

2. Venue operations, assist with match coordination, equipment setup, and on-site order maintenance;

3. Transportation coordination, shuttle bus dispatch, airport pickup and drop-off services;

4. Medical assistance, support at the venue first aid station (medical/nursing background required);

5. Cultural projects, assist in organizing cultural exchange activities, craft workshops, and carnivals;

6. Media and content, photography and videography, social media management, player interviews.

C. What volunteers will receive:

1. Official Heifield Cup volunteer gear (T-shirt, hat, backpack, work badge);

2. Meals provided daily during the event;

3. Official volunteer service certificate, work recommendation letter, etc.;

4. A lifelong unforgettable experience—this will also be a standout addition to your resume!
